Not Permitted for Commercial Use or Research

License Grant

By downloading, installing, or otherwise engaging with the 01A_Archi Tools plugin (the “Software”), you (referred to as the “Licensee” or “Student”) are hereby granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited, and non-transferable license to use the Software solely for educational purposes under the terms set forth in this Agreement. This license is strictly limited to activities that are academic, instructional, or research-based within a formally recognized educational environment. Any commercial use or research-oriented activities outside this scope are expressly prohibited.

Authorized Scope of Use

• Educational Use Only:
  The Software is to be used exclusively for personal educational purposes. This includes coursework, academic projects, or assignments as directed by an educational institution or instructor.

• Non-Transferable License:
  This license is granted solely to you and must not be transferred, sublicensed, distributed, or otherwise shared with any third party, whether digitally or in physical form.

• Academic Environments Only:
  The Software must only be used within academic settings. Use in private projects, freelance assignments, or any venture aimed at commercial gain is strictly forbidden.

Usage Restrictions

• Modification and Reverse Engineering:
  You are prohibited from modifying, altering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering any portion of the Software.

• No Commercial or Profit-Driven Research Use:
  The Software cannot be used in any commercial capacity or for profit-oriented research, including consulting, production, or publication activities.

• Technological Safeguards:
  Any attempt to bypass, disable, or remove the Software's built-in technological protection measures will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Proprietary Rights

The Software, including any updates, modifications, upgrades, or supplementary content, remains the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not confer any rights of ownership, title, or interest in the Software to you. All intellectual property rights are fully reserved by the Licensor and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

License Termination

This license is valid only for the duration of your course, project, or designated educational activity. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license immediately and unilaterally if any part of this Agreement is violated. Upon termination, you must permanently delete all copies of the Software and cease any further use.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Software is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor assumes no liability for any damages, interruptions, or data loss arising from your use of the Software. Any use of the Software is at your sole risk.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By engaging with the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Educational License Agreement. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of your license and could lead to legal action by the Licensor.
