My Rhino import lands in Revit at 1000× the size

Scale mismatches like that are a units problem, not a modeling problem. Before importing anything, open Manage → Project Units in Revit and align Length with what the Rhino file uses (our pipeline standard is centimeters), and pick the matching unit in the import dialog.
