How do I keep the same graphic style across all my views?

Every diagram view looks slightly different — shadows on in one, different lineweights in another.

Set one view up exactly how you want it, then View → Create Template from Current View, and apply that template to all sibling views. Lock projection mode, shadows and lineweights inside the template so the standard actually holds — anything left unlocked will drift again.
