Rooms say “not in a properly enclosed region” — how do I fix it?

Somewhere the boundary leaks: look for a gap between walls, an unjoined corner, or a wall whose Room Bounding parameter is off. Close the gap, or draw Architecture → Room → Room Separator where a real wall doesn’t exist (open-plan boundaries). Two habits to keep: never write room names as plain text — the Room element is the single data source feeding tags, schedules and areas — and remember that deleting a room from a view does NOT delete it from the project; purge rooms for good via a room schedule.
