Use File → Export → PDF (built into Revit since 2022) — it’s a real export, not a print job, so it produces vector PDFs at the exact titleblock paper size and true view scale. Select your sheets, set a naming rule (sheet number + name), and keep "Combine into one file" off for easier reissues. The measuring-wrong bug is the classic "Fit to Page" trap in Print-to-PDF routes — it silently rescales the drawing. If you ever print physically, force Zoom 100%, never Fit to Page. Verify a known dimension on the PDF before submitting. Full steps: Print pdf →
