ArchiTool web tools
Browser-based analysis tools for architects — daylight, climate, envelope, sun path and more. What each one does, how it works, and what to trust it for.
ArchiTool is a set of analysis tools that run in the browser. No install, no licence server, no plugin — you open a page, drop in a model or a weather file, and read a result.
These pages are the honest version of each tool: what it produces, the method behind it, and — the part most tools skip — what you should not use the numbers for.
Design-stage, not certification
Every tool here is built for the part of the process where you're still choosing between options. They're fast enough to run on option A and option B in the same afternoon, which matters more at that stage than a number that survives a compliance review. Where a tool simplifies, the simplification is written down on its page rather than buried.
The tools
Daylight Analysis
Annual daylight on your floor plan — LEED-style sDA / ASE and glare risk, from a .3dm and an EPW.
U-Value Calculator
Build up a wall, roof or floor section and get its U-value, with condensation and embodied carbon.
Climate Dashboard
Read an EPW weather file — temperature, wind, radiation and comfort — before you design for it.
More tool pages are being written. The full catalogue, including the ones without a page yet, is at architool.ai.
